I really need some help creating a workout that will help with strength and conditioning for MMA.
This is what I'm thinking of using.

Monday
{
6 squats (60kg)
6 leg press
6 man makers (15kg dumbbells)
100sec sprint (14 speed 2incline)
}x 3
body weight finisher:
120 sit up
100 squats
70 pushups
40 pull ups

Tuesday
1hour Swimming cardio and HIIT laps with breath holds. (Waterman training)
50 squats
30 pushups
20 pull ups

Wednesday
Deadlifts - 20,12,10,8,6,8,10,12,20
Bench Press - 20,12,10,8,6,8,10,12,20
One arm cleans - 6
Box jumps - 10
Bent over rows - 10,10,10
Rowing machine - 750m
Sprints - 2 x 100sec sprints
Burpees - 10,10,10
Body weight finisher
120 sit ups
100 squats
70 pushups
40 pull ups

Thursday
1 hour Swimming cardio and HIIT laps with breath holds. (Waterman training)
50 squats
30 pushups
20 pull ups

Friday
1km x 5 for time.
50 squats
20 pushups
10 burpees

What are your thoughts on doing this routine to get conditioned for MMA?
