    Default What to do next?

I'm on the last 3 weeesk of the 12 week simply shredded work out for women.
But I'm not sure what I should do next.
Should I find another lifting plan, or go back to doing crossfit?

Keep running the program until you stop getting results. I once ran a program for 8 years straight. Why do you feel like you should change at all?
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

Stay on the program - focus on adding more weight / more reps ..... once you stall out, then you may want to switch programs. If it ain't broke ..... don't fix it. Good luck and happy lifting

I was wondering about the reps, cuz for the last 3 weeks I'm suppsed to do 3 sets at 4-6 reps.
    Thanks

You can do either add weight or reps - progression is the key. Never limit yourself to just one rep range - mix it up a bit and enjoy the ride !
