    Default Testosterone question

Hey guys been wondering about Testosterone and its effect on muscle growth. This week I havent been on my diet at all, just eating ramen noodles and Im stronger everywhere for some reason. Last week I ate pretty good though.

Ive been doing Testosterone building things such as cold showers, eating celery (read it boost Testosterone ), eating more canned oysters, starting eating avacado.

Does having more Testosterone make it easier to build muscle? I want to maximize my Testosterone levels, am i on the right track? if not what foods boost Testosterone more?

been noticing more hits from the ladies lately haha ive read men with high Testosterone get more attention from the opposite sex. Though not my goal right now, just want to pack on mass haha.

The minimal boost in test levels from either food or training is not enough to make any difference in training or growth from the literature I've read.
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

    Correct
If you want to boost test you would have to
Increase fat intake in diet which would surpass training test boosting or get on a legit test boosting product

Eat big and lift big if you want to build muscle. If your worried that your test is low have it tested by your doctor. But testosterone production will start decline as you get older each year.
Itís not about the amount of sets and reps you do, itís about how much effort you put into each set

You ate more food and gained weight/strength/energy.

    Not worth your money
    You need food, not supplements

    start here

Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

I was taking the ****. It's the noodles, you've eaten more carbs than normal, you have more energy, weight and strength.

Testosterone has his role in muscle building but is not the primary muscle building hormone.

His role is more important in general health of all major systems in a human male body.

Cold showers are good in rising the imunity level and destroing all types of parasites and fungus in the body. Indirectly this facts increase the testosterone also.

To increase the T levels you need to increase your total fat percentage in the diet. (good fats) and manage the total stress level.

^^ none of those things will have an effect beyond bringing test levels back up to within "normal" range, though. In terms of bodybuilding, strength training, hypertrophy, etc., there is no secret magic way to increase test levels through natural means that will make a difference above and beyond what would be considered within normal limits.
