    Question Supplement Stacking Question?

Currently, I am taking Testx180 Alpha & Erase Pro, with my usual 2 protein shakes per day. I am wanting to add more, but just want to make sure I am being safe beforehand since I don't have a lot of knowledge about this...

    So first...

-Pre-Workout: I'd like to add Evlution Nutrition - ENGN

-Protein Powder Swap: Just to the new an improved kind I have now

-Creatine: Creatine is something I've always wanted to try. After doing some research online I found this to be one of the best reviewed Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder

-Post-Workout: I came across these interesting supplements called MuscleTech Clear Muscle that apparently work well at repairing and all.

I'm just trying to get any advice or help or guidance I can get a this point! I don't feel like my stack right now (Test x180 Alpha & Erase Pro) is enough, but I also don't want to just add things and not be safe or smart about it. Thanks in advance!
Business Student...not completely new to the fitness world. I'm ready to really commit to it and make a total body transformation, as I've just fallen on & off before. Looking for advice, knowledge, and motivation along the way.

Hi EthanMichael, firstly welcome to the M&S Forum. Hey man as a beginner you really shouldn't worry too much about supplements. Eat a healthy, balanced diet making sure it includes proteins, carbs and fat. You could take a good multivit if you don't think you're getting enough with your meals, also a good fish oil supplement (omega 3) and creatine. That's really all you need at this stage.
Keep lifting and keep eating (good, clean food)!!!

What you need is just a Multi, Fishoil, Creatine and Whey thats it.
adding more does not = more results
Your diet and training reign supreme to any supplement you take
More pills and powders do not = results

    what is your diet like?
    What is your training like?
    These are FAR more important.

A good Whey (PES, Cellucor, Scivation, Animal Whey, MT Platinum, Blue Star Whey Smooth / Iso-Smooth, )
A Good Creatine at 3-5g on workout days no need to load or cycle (Universal, ON, Cellucor, Allmax, primaforce, )
A Good Fishoil at 2-3g EPA/DHA Daily like Oximega
A good Multi such as Orange Triad or Animal Pak or
    Team ScoobyPrep

You shouldn't just jump into take a bunch of supplements. Stick with one and see if it works for you and then you can add more. Since you are beginner listen to the above answers. ^
