Default Critique - No need to be nice

This is me right now. https://www.flickr.com/photos/130367...posted-public/

I've been consistent with my training. I cycle everywhere and do not own a car (I know it's harder to build muscle that way). I've been smashing 5000+ calories a day. My goal is to gain muscle. Dropping fat has always been easy for me. Muscle doesn't exactly come with hard work though.

Which muscle(s) should I focus on or maybe hit harder? Which look underdeveloped? It's hard for me to tell because I see myself day in and day out, it's hard to critically observe myself.

On the off chance that you are still checking this thread, I'd say you just need to continue with all around training. Though you don't show your legs, I'm guessing they are consistent with the rest of your development. For now at least, I'd say focus on the big compound lifts to pack mass on to your frame. Things like heavy squats and deadlifts will go a long way to packing slabs of muscle on and creating a thicker, fuller look.

Legs could be jacked from the biking, but's that's neither here nor there. I agree that all around full body training, making use of heavy compound lifts would be the best course of action.
