    Default Cardio

    I weightlift 3 times a week off a body split guide and the times i dont lift i run. I was wondering the days i run do i eat a low carb meals or medium carb meals? I run usally up to an hour.Any advice would be helpful thanks.

    Run lots, don't eat carbs. This right here is a recipe for muscle loss.
    2013 Gym PRs
    Squat = 140kg ...... Deadlift = 180kg ...... Bench = 95kg
    2014 Gym PRs
    Squat = 162.5kg ...... Deadlift = 192.5kg ...... Bench = 105kg
    2015 Gym PRs
    Squat = 170kg ... Deadlift = No improvement ... Bench = No Improvement

    Medium carb meals BUT it depends on the type of that running and how many calories you will consume.

    For proper fueling of your body for an hour of running you need a decent carb reserve.

    If you want continue to grow in muscle mass you need to be in a caloric surplus anyway.
