At 350lbs, you have no option but to focus on weight loss. What you eat over the next two years of your life is critical. Continuing a strength training program whilst you lose weight is helpful, but at the moment you're in the class 3 or morbidly obese category for BMI which means there is a very high chance that your weight will cause you serious or even fatal health issues.

Limit your calorie intake to something you're comfortable maintaining, say 2500 calories a day. Count calories, record everything you eat and weigh yourself every week. Adjust how much you're eating until you lose 1-2lbs a week. It's going to be a long road but you need to start now. Please start a log here or elsewhere to help keep you accountable for your actions.

I also agree with the info that Nezzy has given you above,

with regards to your weight, if you lose 1lb of fat and put on 1lb of muscle, then the scales wont move, so be wary of what the scales are telling you.

Plenty of info on this website to help you to achieve your goals, and if after having a look around the site and your still not not sure then post any questions you have up on the forum. Good luck with your training/diet

Your main problem is named nutrition.

Make sure you will eat in a caloric deficit and your body fat will drop in time. Proteins and fats should be your best friends for a good period of time.

Another thing is to continue traning with weights and cardio but do it progressively and with a lot of patience. One week means nothing or very very little on your road.

    Good luck
