    Default Critique my physique - 3 week progress pics

    Is this good progress for 3 weeks? I've been cutting for about 6 weeks now. Lost about 7lbs total. The picture on the left is from 3 weeks ago and the right is from today. I just want some honest, objective opinions whether there seem to be difference or not much change. Also, when do you typically stop a cut and focus on building muscle again? Still don't feel like I am where I want to be but I know the more muscle I build the easier the diet will be.

    Great progress man. You're definitely looking leaner. As for your question, what are your specific goals? If you goal is to build muscle, then being in a cut phase doesn't really make any sense. Most people like to do their bulk phase in the winter months (no topless opportunities) and then go into their cut phase leading up to summer (suns out, guns out, amiright?)
