Is this good progress for 3 weeks? I've been cutting for about 6 weeks now. Lost about 7lbs total. The picture on the left is from 3 weeks ago and the right is from today. I just want some honest, objective opinions whether there seem to be difference or not much change. Also, when do you typically stop a cut and focus on building muscle again? Still don't feel like I am where I want to be but I know the more muscle I build the easier the diet will be.
