    Default 4 Months in - Thoughts?

    Hi guys,

    23yo, 6ft tall, I had been out of the gym for over a year due to shoulder + knee injuries, but joined again around 1st September and am now about 4 months in. Started at about 76kg, now around 83kg and looking/feeling a lot better and getting heaps of comments (including a lot of people asking me what steroids I'm taking!). I had a full knee reconstruction 12 months ago which I'm still recovering from (still can't run) and I also have a shoulder injury (believed to be a SLAP tear).

    When I started, I only wore small shirts and they fit normally. Now medium shirts are tight on me, and I wear medium/large depending on brand.

    PHOTOS TAKEN 3-4 WEEKS IN. I ACTUALLY STARTED OUT SMALLER THAN THIS!

    Thoughts?

    PS: I haven't worked out my upper body for 4 days so there's no arm/chest pump present in the photos. I actually feel deflated at the moment! (going to the gym now to fix this!)

    Filling out nicely man! The muscle development is definitely noticeable!

    I think you might benefit from cutting down to 10-11% BF before continuing to bulk. With the muscle you've put on, you'll like the way you look when you're a little leaner
