Hi guys,
Only been training a few years but had a friend say i should try entering a powerlift meet towards the end of the year. Not sure what sort of numbers i should be looking to hit before i take the step as i wouldn't want to go and make myself look stupid. Obviously don't expect to be competitive but would like to not be miles off everyone else.
Currently weigh about 168lbs and lifts are:
Deadlift: 510lbs
Squat: 330lbs
Bench: 230lbs - definitely my weakest lift by a long long way
