Default Been having acid reflux on my bulk

Ive never had acid reflux in the past, but all of sudden im getting it. Im eating alot of sweet potatoes, brown rice, eggs, turkey, Pink salmon, and greek yogurt. Im also making my own bulking shake twice a day which consists of 1 cup oats, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 cup rice milk. I take these pre and post workout, which is 2 total.

I do drink alot of coffee as well, but ive always drank alot of coffee without problems.

    Making all KINDS OF GAINS!

Eliminate some food sources and see if that is the X factor causing you to have acid reflux. That is your best idea.
Sometimes Dairy or a lot of dairy can cause acid reflux
could be the whey protein (Dairy and heavy processing)
Could try taking off the skins of the sweet potatoes would could be an issue as well.
Rotate your food sources and see what is the factor.
