    Default Moobs with low body fat %?

    Yooo.
    So, I'm getting desperate due to my manboobs. I used to be quite chubby, nothing really out of the ordinary or really fat that'd explain loose skin or anything. And the issue is, I've basically had moobs since, I'd guess 15-16, since that's when I actually started to get an average body build. And the thing is, in the last few weeks I've really watched my food, and did stuff for weightloss atleast 2 hours a day. You can see a clear change on me, as my stomach has become thinner, and you can basically already very vaguely see the abs. Issue is, my moobs stayed and I look really out of proportions.

    I'd think it was testosterone, but I actually quite much have all signs of high testosterone, as in my muscles build quick, and was pretty much the first one of my friends to develop a decent beard, and have anger/temper issues which I'd pretty much blame on testo.

    WHAT DO I DO?

    Lift weights and build muscle to fill out your frame.
    Pick up heavy things.
    Put them down.
    Then pick them up again.

    Do this many times.

    Keep on with eating a good diet and weight training for muscle building, the extra muscle on the chest will sort out the man boobs

    Appreciate the replies, but you can feel the chest muscles under it, and from my mothers side I already genetically have a good chest when it comes to muscle, but from my fathers side the moobs. It's like, by feeling it feels like muscle, but by look water or whatever.

    Off-topic, would working out high on weed be useful? Kind of use it because of medical reasons, although I could easy do sober for the work out times. As thc relaxes muscles, but increases the blood flow through muscles.

    Personally if anyone came into my gym to train who was "stoned" I would instantly ban him permanently from the gym !

    First of all YOU need to understand if smoking manijuana is giving you the motivation to want to work out/ improve yourself or if it's the side effects towards having low self-esteem about your "Moobs" - if you suffer from A.D.H.D. or A.D.D. Having a consistent work out could potentially replace the dopamine levels supplied by the manijuana for example.... As for the work-out, consistent cardio will over time burn the fat surrounding the muscle tissue created by lifting weights (I suffer from a smiler problem when bulking) just remember when burning fat, if the body is staved of fat tissue it will start eating your muscle gains, so having a strict diet of protein & carbs can help tackle the problem if occurs. There is no quick fix.
