    Default Brocoli and chicken

    Recently started eating chicken and brocoli and water intend to complete 14 days. I noticed yesterday I had to drop weights yesterday at the gym was this a bad day or is it my diet which is effecting my strength?

    Eating Chicken and broccoli and water is not only not a smart move. It wont help you when trying to cut to a drastic degree
    not only are you giving yourself no dietary fat, you are starving yourself.
    Cutting is about taking it slow and steady. Try to do drastic things and you will also get drastic negative side effects

    The problem is your diet.

    Try to cover all macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals ) with your diet.
