    Hi my freind showed me this

    I read and its about a new way to burn fat that scientist discover can someone please tell me if this real or fake its not im not advertising anything promise there will be an ad in the start if you press the link but just skip after 5 seconds by pressing skip ad on the top righ hand corner. I cant get rid of it because i dont know how im not a tecb expert

    Better to go with a tried and true method for fat loss. Like a weight training program and manipulating your caloric intake. Stay away from gimmicks, dude.
    Pick up heavy things.
    Put them down.
    Then pick them up again.

    Do this many times.
