    Default fatigue

    how come when im full of energy or when im wanting to workout i can lift way more than if i dont feel like working out or tired.

    There's alot to be said for a positive frame of mind.

    Same reason you see rugby players doing war dances before games, and you see other sports players hitting each other. Whatever gets you pumped helps you produce more adrenaline which will help you lift more.

    I personally listen to overly heavy/loud speed metal.

    Dragonforce gets me pumped up.

    Cool Reason

    That happens to pretty much every person that every works out lol.
    However you have to train through these barriers. If you always start the workout energized its fun but even better is when you don't want to do it and you do it!!

    You could also experience over training if you trained too much and eventualy you kind of burned out of desire. But don't let that stop you, let that motivate you!!
