    Default plaese suggest a workout

    hi i am a little weird lol .. i am a shut in ,but i have a treadmill and a dumbell set.
    I have never really worked out and am in bad shape (6ft 243lbs) and have been for at least 10 years .. I would like to get in better shape.
    What workout would you suggest? I recently started while watching tv for about an hour i do several reps of 20 of a 30lbs dumbell till i cant lift it anymore and then wait 10-20min and repeat. i have been doing this for about a week and damn im sore lol.. All kidding aside whats a good workout that can be repeated everyday or every other day with 15 or 30lbs dumbells and a treadmill. I have been trying to eat only every 3-4 hrs and about 300-500 calorie meals (mostly turkey sandwiches and soup) ?

    So if you main goal is loosing fat or gain muscle?
    I will advice take your time and set one goal at the time
    I will try to loose weight first, l will try to cut to lets say 170lb and then start a muscle building routine if that is what you want
    I dont like tv or distraction while workin out tho, an Ipod with you favorite motivation tunes is all you meed.
