    Default Critique Bulking Progress

    Hey all! I've been bulking on the Bigger, Leaner, Stronger program for about 5 months now, and I've gone from 133lbs to 140lbs at 5'6". I'm guessing I'm at ~12% BF.

    Just wanted to get your thoughts on my progress so far, and any critiques of my physique in general. Looking specifically for any muscles that may be under/overdeveloped in proportion to the rest of my body.

    Great job man I would put your bf % at 10-11 %, keep it up
