    Default 180 grams of protein???

    Hey guys, im trying to get back into shape, and learning how to eat properly. The workout plan that I am following (12 fat loss plan on this site) recommends 180grams of protein a day. I dont know much about nutrition, so does that make sense? seems like a lot, my egg carton says that an egg has 6grams of protein each... So that seems incredibly difficult to achieve.
    What do you do to reach your high protein diet goals? Also, I am not much of a meat eater (not a vegetarian, just not a big fan of meat or eggs)
    If protein shakes are the way to go, any suggestions? and when should I take it?

    I don't really know what I am doing, all I know is that I want to get back into shape, so let me know what you think!

    4 oz of most lean proteins (chicken, beef, fish, etc.) will have roughly 20-25 grams of protein so if you eat 6-8 ounces with 4-5 meals, it's really not all that tough when you couple it with incidentals from cheese, bread, oats, and a variety of other sources. Throw in 1-2 shakes with 22-24g a piece and you'll have well over 180 grams.
