    Default Any advice for simple routine to get rid of belly fat

    Hi

    I am new here, I am not really that heavy but I am having trouble to get rid of my belly fat, and to avoid eating late at night. I work on night shift so I find it difficult not to eat late.

    Any advice would be appreciated

    There is no way to target weightloss. Your body will determine where it pulls it from first when it's exposed to a calorie deficit. So download MyFitnessPal and get counting pal.

    Another thing to consider is you cannot spot reduce in certain area's the human body does not work that way. Fat and weight will come off in different area's on different people the body is not a textbook.
