Having a hard time getting the pecs to grow together. They're thickening up well but I need them to grow "together" midline. Advice??

Time. The fibers are not as thick to begin with at the sternum and take longer to see results in for most people.

What does your current routine look like?
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

I tend to start off chest with flies for pre-exhaustion and even one of my last exercise as well. I incorporated landmines, push's up on a medicine ball (targets upper chest), and the usual flies, incline, flat and sometimes decline. Add different techniques to shock the muscle, TUT (time under tension) rips my chest apart when i do it when cable flies. Hope it helps!

I also want to add that if you are talking about the space between your chest, there's only so much you can do because a part of that is up to genetics. But these issues won't be as glaring as your chest fills out; it takes time.

Train hard, if you want a big chest, lift heavy weights even if you're doing only 2 or 3 reps.
