    Default Power Index?

I'm having a brain fart. Several years ago, my high school strength/conditioning teacher had the class figure out how powerful we were based on our height, weight, and maximal lifts in a few specific exercises. I want to say it was referred to as the power index but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
