    About the measuring of bodyfat percentage by caliber , i know we have four locations on the body i take reading from it but what about for thigh location which in high percent of people have more fat in this location?

    If you have person his weight 150 kg , can i measure his bodyfat by caliber?

    Hi, welcome to the forum

    When using callipers its not usual to compute leg measurements as most callipers rely on the 4 skin fold measurments to arrive at a calculation of a person body fat percentage, given that you can also take a note of of all measurements and just keep a note and see if measurements have lowered next time you test. The four fold measurement is the most used and gives a good idea of a persons overall body fat percentage, personally I have performed thousands of tests for my gym clients
