Exclamation Is this girl's body fat too low for her age???

have a friend who's sister is a 10 year old girl and she looks like she has way to low body fat. You can see tons of her tendons, she has a ridiculously defined 8 pack, a really defined chest, and clear separation of most of her muscles (which are all huge). She also has tons of vascularity all over her arms, quite a few veins in her abs, and some veins in her legs as well. Her body fat levels are really concerning me, and her parents do not seem to care when people have brought it up. She swims, plays soccer, and does gymnastics. She is ALWAYS working out in her free time, even outside of sports. I couldn't find any pictures of her, but she looks similar to the attached images (I found them online):

Very low body fat in females can be dangerous and unhealthy, although top female athletes are normally approx 15%-20%, a normal healthy body fat ranges for females who are non active is around 20%-26%.

She is freakin swole. We should get her to write a guest article.
"In War: Resolution. In Defeat: Defiance. In Victory: Magnanimity. In Peace: Good Will." - Winston Churchill

A student said to his master: "You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two?" The master replied: "It is better to be a warrior in a garden than to be a gardener in a war."

Appears to be missing the myostatin gene.
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

Actually, It is her growing phase and she should consume enough food required fr her growth. Or it may lead to many issues later on. There is no harm in being active in sports and athlets or having an 8 pack. Hope she doesn't use any steroids.
