Default How I started training at 15 years old

    Hi Guys,

My names Jax. I've actually been teen of the week on a few years back, and this is where it starts.
I start training at my local school gym as a 15 year old at a small 130lbs and was lean but not a lot of muscle.

From there I was reading everything I could on and other forums to gain as much knowledge as possible among training with older guys to reap their knowledge over the years. I've have many different training partners too to learn as much as I can.

Now 9 years on from starting the gym I am now 200lbs at 5'11.
The purpose of the post is to show you anyone can do it if you have the right tools and knowledge to do it.
