    Default Better performance at home without fresh air :D

    Hi guys!

    I used to train at home in a room without any windows open, so the oxygen level were quite low as time passed.

    The interesting thing is that my overal performance, strength was better than now when I train in a gym which is well ventilated.

    Do you guys have experience like that?

    I think it's the same effect like you get with training masks. What do you think?

    other than oxygen, was everything else the same between the gym and at home? same workout and equipment?
