Default New workout or create one

So I started doing the Stephen Amell arrow workout at the beginning of the summer (May) and have since went from 245lbs to 216lbs of yesterday morning. I'm looking to either start another workout plan that targets full body, practical strength, and gives strength with a little bit of muscle build but not be too bulky. It's gotten to the point where I'm bored when I go to the gym because its always the same workout, i go 3 days a week, so I would like to either incorporate a new one on the off weeks or start a new one. Wasn't sure if there was anything out there for that or if I should attempt to make my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Considering your experience I don't think it would be wise to create one.
"In War: Resolution. In Defeat: Defiance. In Victory: Magnanimity. In Peace: Good Will." - Winston Churchill

A student said to his master: "You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two?" The master replied: "It is better to be a warrior in a garden than to be a gardener in a war."

That's what I figured, I don't know where to start so I thought I'd start here.

if you get bored with the workout, it may be because its not intense enough.
awesome job with the weight loss. practical intense full-body weight training up to twice a week is great, its what i do.
    alternating pull/ push/ legs:
    3 sets bodyrow
    2 sets vertical press
    1-2 sets stiff deadlift
    3 sets chins or pulldowns
    2 sets dips
    1-2 sets walking lunge
3 sets supported single DB row
    2 sets horizontal press
    2 sets calf raise
    2-3 sets shrugs
    1-2 sets ab exercise

I'm not sure if it's because it's not intense enough or just because I'm so used to it. Ill try upping the reps, sets, or weight more. Di you do this workout twice or three times a week?
