    Default My muscle gain

Hey, people, I have been going to the gym for three months now. It never occurred to me to take a before picture, however I did take measurements of my bicep area. On both arms within the last month, or month and half on both, my arms sizes have increased each 1.5 centimeters all around. Most of all my arms are definetly denser

Is this significant progress, or is this considerably small progress?

    Hey,

Yeah pretty good progress I would say, but if I would take measurements, I would also measure other part like chest, shoulders and legs.

That is some pretty decent progress! it is really helpful to take pics of yourselves about once every 2 weeks and measurments. Really motivational to look at once you got quite a few saved up!

You're taking step towards progress, keep lifting and do not stop measuring every week. It will show you where you are heading.

    Hi muscle doctor,
It is interesting to learn that your muscles have increased by 1.5 cm over the last three months. I know it is not easy to achieve such results without working hard. Studies show that by training each muscle twice per week consistently for 2 months, you will experience some positive growth. According to 2014 research in strength and conditioning journal, the process of the building begins when you challenge the muscles to do something that is unfamiliar. When the muscle is subjected to some sort of stress, it creates microscopic damage within the muscle cells. The body institutes body to repair cells which entails laying down new structural structure which makes the muscle cells become bigger than it was before it was subjected to stress. Under these conditions, the muscles take several days to grow bigger and stronger. This is the reason why experts don’t recommend working on the same muscle on back to back days. After working out on the muscles, give it some time to heal.

Definitely really great advancement I would state, however on the off chance that I would take estimations, I would likewise gauge other part like chest, shoulders and legs.
