    Default Chest training

Im 16 weight about 68 kg and am 1.78 m tall / small whatever

My training partners, wich are also 16, have a well defined chest, whilst im the skinniest. I have the problem that my chest looks rather fat from the side. I also train the most chest, mainly benchpressing, could that be a reason?

Dont over train the chest, stick to an all over body routine and results will come over time, Its normal for youngsters embarking on weight training to only want chest and arm workouts, but is not an advisable way of training the body

You can take normal pushups per day.

Try different chest exercises such as dumbell incline bench press, dumbell incline press, cable flies or weighted dips. Try them. For a month or so and see how you get on.
