    Default Need a little help

    Hello, I have just started going to the gym. I am 14 years old and joined with a friend. Today I went with a friend who had been going for some time and generally just copied what he did, as he is quite close in height and weight to me. I did:
    Treadmill, 10.5 km/h for 10 mins straight
    3 sets of arm curls
    Cycling machine for 10mins straight
    1km on the rowing machine
    4kg weight for 3 sets

    I am unsure of what I need to be doing to get fitter and gain muscle, as I know the dangers of working out without knowing what i'm doing. Would be great if you could all help me by copying the routine in this thread and adding/taking away some excercises. Note that my aim is to get fitter and build muscle.

    By the way, I am just 5 foot 4 and 55kg.
