    Default Skinny girl looking to bulk

    Hi Guys! I've been skinny my whole life without any exercise. Any advice on how I can get big? I've been taking a lot of protein lately and I feel like throwing it back up sometimes, but I just shove it down my throat and suck it up I'm 24 5"4 89lbs

    You've gotta count calories. I'd recommend MyFitnessPal. Makes it very easy.

    Skinny girl here looking to put some weight on. I take a lot of protein, even if I feel like throwing it back up. I force it down my mouth and suck it up. I just can't gain weight. I'm 24 5"4 89lbs

    I can't seem to put any weight on. I force protein down my mouth as much as I can, but it's not working. Any supplement advice would be nice

    You dont need a supplement, nor do you need more protein
    You need more CALORIES
    Period



    Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

    You wont gain weight without eating more food
    Pasta, granola, nut butters, pancakes, rice, potatoes, avacadoes, whole eggs, 90/10 beef, 80/20 beef, Ground Chicken, oil's
    You simply just need calories.

    and NO don't text me your phone number and ask for advice. You have plenty of resources on here and in the M&S website for sources. You are good to go. The problem you don't grow is your afraid to eat more. Its not about more protein its about more calories.

    Eat more food.. I usually start my mornings with a shake.. I throw in protein, milk (sometimes regular or almond), yogurt, oats, egg whites, peanut butter. You'd be amazed how many calories you can throw into a shake while also making it taste good. Plus, it's an easy way to get all of those calories in.
