Hi Guys! I've been skinny my whole life without any exercise. Any advice on how I can get big? I've been taking a lot of protein lately and I feel like throwing it back up sometimes, but I just shove it down my throat and suck it up I'm 24 5"4 89lbs

You've gotta count calories. I'd recommend MyFitnessPal. Makes it very easy.
"In War: Resolution. In Defeat: Defiance. In Victory: Magnanimity. In Peace: Good Will." - Winston Churchill
A student said to his master: "You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace. How do you reconcile the two?" The master replied: "It is better to be a warrior in a garden than to be a gardener in a war."
My goal here is to gain weight. I could use help with motivation and exercise and diet. Thanks guys

Just beginning:
Bench 2RM 135#
Deadlift 1RM 315#
Squat 185# 4x5 (going up)
OHP 92# 3RM
You dont need a supplement, nor do you need more protein
You need more CALORIES
Period
Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

Then eat more food
You wont gain weight without eating more food
Pasta, granola, nut butters, pancakes, rice, potatoes, avacadoes, whole eggs, 90/10 beef, 80/20 beef, Ground Chicken, oil's
You simply just need calories.

and NO don't text me your phone number and ask for advice. You have plenty of resources on here and in the M&S website for sources. You are good to go. The problem you don't grow is your afraid to eat more. Its not about more protein its about more calories.

Eat more food.. I usually start my mornings with a shake.. I throw in protein, milk (sometimes regular or almond), yogurt, oats, egg whites, peanut butter. You'd be amazed how many calories you can throw into a shake while also making it taste good. Plus, it's an easy way to get all of those calories in.

What are you bumping this for? You were given solid information already, now it's up to you to follow it!
Don’t chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet that’s going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.
