If you have a fit bit you can also track what you eat along with any exercise.

Your muscles are greedy, so to keep them happy you must give them what they want.
In the most basic sense, I can sum up over 5 years of muscle building research and skill in just 4 simple steps. For build your muscles you just need…
A workout focused on progressive load.
A diet containing enough calories to support growth.
A few additional components of your diet and workout to be set up properly.
Enough reliability to allow it all to work.
eat meat and do weight training.
If I wasn't a Lesbian I heard sperm has a lot of protein lol
I don't think that will help.
Use oils. Get a pizza, pour some olive oil on it, add a ton of parmesan cheese, and eat it. All of it. A big pizza.
All the protein in the world won't help if you don't get enough calories in you. At under 90 pounds, you won't need that many to gain weight. Eat like your life depends on it. Don't give up. Get in at least 2000 calories a day and see what happens.
You Can't Out-Diet Lousy Training.

Hi there, you should eat fatty foods.
Hi,
Yes, if you are skinny, I encourage you to do all you can to shed off some weight. I am happy that you are already eating protein-rich foods. Add more calories to your diet and I am sure things will work for you.
Think calories !
Hello dear,
It is obvious that you are not eating enough. This accounts for 95% of people who are skinny. It is good that you are already eating plenty of protein. However, that is not good enough. You must start eating about 2000 calories per day to help stimulate your muscles. Consider eating liquid calories. I know it may be difficult for your stomach to get used to it but start slowly and progress. I am sure your stomach will get used to it. Forget about junk foods and eat quality calories based on foods such as yams, potatoes, rice, and oats. I am not saying that you should not eat a balanced diet. It is important that you have plenty of proteins and vitamins as well.
Although one’s body size is determined by many factors, what you eat and what you do are among the factors. If you are from a family of people who are genetically skinny, exercises and food can help improve the body size. So I don’t think there is a good reason for worrying. Just get focussed and do the right thing and you will get there
eat alot of carbs
