I personally feel like a test booster is your beat for energy, well being and muscle growth. Age will have a lot to do on how the products works for you.

Good Food.. And a good diet first and foremost

    Then..

    2-3g of EPA/DHA from a fishoil
    Multi-Vitamin (Orange Triad from CL)
    3-5g of Creatine
    Whey protein

    all you need honestly

Vitamin D3 at 2000-5000 IU may help especially in the winter months for mood.

You should have a decent plan if you want to gain muscle. Also eat protein foods which will help you to gain muscle. Good Luck!

Hey Vukasinami, I know its been mentioned before but I love creatine (monohydrate) as well. Its required by our muscles but they dont naturally create it so its super important. I stumbled across a review site http://phrmreviews.com/r/alldaychemi...eliable-store/ when I was shopping around because previously I have had issues with either poor quality products or lengthy shipments. Make sure to do your research before buying any supplements and start off simple. Hope that helps!

Well I have base of core supplement I use, first is good quality food,
here is my list 1.Animal Paks
    2.Dessicated Liver
    3.Beef Aminos
    4.Vit D3
    5.Fish Oil
    6.L-glutamine
    7 Powder BCCA
    8 Beta-Alanine
    9.creatine
I do not use whey powder and stop 4 years ago because 1 the cost,2 a lot of fillers and you really don't know what is really in there, I do however use 2% milk and egg whites as my "protein shake" so you could say I went old school!

As long as you are having a good varied diet, you shouldn't need supplements, but fish oil, and B3 are good.

"Essential" is a broad term. I definitely wouldn't go without a protein and a preworkout.

Im just using L-Theanine at the moment, but I also want to try some different supplements, at the moment I'm waiting for this to arrive: https://liftmode.com/health-promotin...itartrate.html. I hope this helps me being healthy besides sports and a good diet. I also tried fish oil in the past, but didn't notice any effect at all - but everybody is different, I guess.

Fish oil, multi-vitamin, and magnesium. I've given up whey protein for a while to see if only eating whole protein sources does better for me.

Currently using somatomax by hi-tech, a human growth stimulator, and also noxygen by purus labs, a oxygen amplifier that helps with muscle pumps. Normally I would add the noxygen to my pwo but i take it separately since i now drink black coffee instead for my pwo and the two don't mix very well together. Hopes this helps
