    Default Squat-leg press ratio question

Hey guys, I was just wondering if it is normal for me to only be able to do 415lbs on a 90 degree squat, but hit well over 1100 lbs on the 45 degree leg press?

Both are entirely different exercises, when using either, just make a note of what weight you used

    Yes, is very normal.

The squat is a very complex whole body exercise. The leg press is a machine exercise with less whole body implication SO don't worry.
