    If the flax is whole seed, unground, it'll pass straight thru. Preground at the factory is generally stale and oxidized by the time you buy it. Can you get set up to grind your own? Off you just want it for the fiber content, it's probably a lot cheaper at Wal-Mart in the small organic and"different" flours section of the baking aisle. Chia seed too.

    We don't have wal-mart here, though. Just GNC and a few other supp shops.. so I dont really have many choices.
