    Guess so. Had a muscle out of place in lower back from Deadlifting also. Another 4 weeks til normal dr said. Done with that lift for a good while

    Maybe get some deep tissue work done on that muscle, or see a chiro about getting adjusted.
    I know I pulled my back doing rack pulls and took them out for 8 weeks.
