    Default im skinny and burn fat very quick. help?

    I really want to gain fat and muscle. Completely transform. But whatever iive read it never seems to be for average people on an average wage (food wise) does anyone have tips on cheap foods to get and quickest way to gain muscle / transform

    Eggs are cheap, peanut butter is cheap, plenty of protein and fats in there for you.

    If you would like to gain Muscle the you should go to the GYM as well as take nutritious foods. However, what foods are you eating right now?

    Honestly I've tried on and off or years not gaining any weight or fat ever so I want to start again I hhave my own multigym

    If you want to add mass, you have to eat more. If you want it to be more muscle than fat, you have to lift weights and use some sort of progressive overload scheme. Track what you're eating for 2 weeks, then add 1000 calories a day. See what happens

    Yeah only eating more nutritious foods can help him to gain weight in a short period of time.

    If Trying to add some size:


    Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.

    Nuts. A 400gram bag has about 2,000 calories. About €0.99. Easy af to eat
