Well I like to think that you can have hypertrophy from a variety of rep range, I myself train with a variety rep range because I do believe the that the different range help for muscle growth with power compound movements 4-6 range and muscle building 6-12 range and burns 40 reps I believe a bigger muscle is a stronger muscle so I always have in mind to always strive for progressive overload in example on all the ranges I mention once I achieve either 4-6,6-12.or 40 reps then I add 5 pound each time. so basically this article is similar to Power, Muscle, Burn Routine that I have been doing for the past 4 years , the article is a good read.
