    Default Back injury

Recently i have begun to feel pain in my upper and middle back either from overworking or smth else. So i decided to take off a week or two. I want to ask - What kind of muscles can i train during the time? Can i do horizontal legpress, dumbbell lunges and other dumbbell exercises for my legs? Can i use a foam roller to massage it and increase the recovery speed? I started to do stationary bike cardio. Am i able to continue with it? Thanks!

It depends on what kind of pain it is. is it a sharp pain or soreness you get from after you worked out?

You can do exercises that improves your posture so you are less likely to injury yourself again. These could be wall slides, double chins etc..
