Hey everyone!

Here;s my Day 1 workout.

I was up at 4:30am and in the gym by about 5. Had to substitute the pullups because the chin up bar hit the ceiling and I couldn't really get up there.

For breakfast I had two pieces of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and banana. After I had a protein shake and some Mango. A couple of hours after I had an Acai bowl topped with strawberries, kiwi, banana, granola and bee pollen.

Lunch was some steak with mashed yams and broccoli. Afternoon snack was 4 celery sticks with peanut butter and some grapes.

Had a few glasses of wine with my girlfriend and a chicken breast with peppers.

I have decided that first I want to build muscle and strength first and then cut. Can anyone suggest where I can figure out what my fitness/calorie intake should be?

Also please feel free to point out any errors in my day

Thanks! Day 1 and it's going to be tough slog trying to figure out the best times to use the gym at my studio.
