    Eggs, are simply a "near " perfect food, containing "all" of the essential aminos, and a modest dose of healthy fat, contrary to what many seem. To think, they are simply devoid of carbohydrates, nothing but good protein, and lecithin, fat soluble vitamin b, and healthy fat, and don't throw all. The yolks out if concerned, as they contain nearly half the protein content of the whole egg.

    I used to eat 18 a day, along with 1 lb of beef, and 1 lb of
    Chicken, now, the question is.....!, which came first.., the chicken...?, or the egg....?

    Eggs are a good protein source so it would work the same to build muscle as other protein sources.
