If that is meant to be a question dear....?

Eggs, are simply a "near " perfect food, containing "all" of the essential aminos, and a modest dose of healthy fat, contrary to what many seem. To think, they are simply devoid of carbohydrates, nothing but good protein, and lecithin, fat soluble vitamin b, and healthy fat, and don't throw all. The yolks out if concerned, as they contain nearly half the protein content of the whole egg.

I used to eat 18 a day, along with 1 lb of beef, and 1 lb of
Chicken, now, the question is.....!, which came first.., the chicken...?, or the egg....?

Eggs are a good protein source so it would work the same to build muscle as other protein sources.

Eggs Contain everything!! literally everything! from protein to essential vitamins and minerals!
An Egg contains around 5 g of protein and also b12!
make sure you consume around 3-5 eggs daily if you are working out.

Eggs are considered to be a complete source of protein when eaten as a whole (i.e. yolk and white). This means that they contain all of the essential amino acids (these are needed for muscle building). Eggs are super versatile. Here is a recipe you might want to try: https://blog.dukesgym.com.au/blog/re...all-the-sides/

Eggs are a must! Egg whites are a very lean source of protein, and in the off-season I also eat 1-2 whole eggs/day for some healthy fat.
