Default Does it matter what days I train?

I train Thurs,Fri,Sat,Sun but what if I trained today, Fri,Sat,Sun? Is there anything I should be aware of if I change the days I go to the gym?

Hey bud, It all depends on what your routine is looking like. 3x a week would be perfect for a 3 day split routine with rest days in between. However a 4 day routine may be different depending on how you train. Explain your training, I'd be glad to offer advice. Stay strong my man!

It just depends on your schedule, certain days aren't necessarily better than the others.

    Hi James Green
Yes, there is a problem in your workout schedule. Going to the gym on Frida, Saturday and Sunday is not the right thing to do. First, the body needs time to recover before it is subjected to another workout. This helps the muscles to benefit more. I have no problem with the number of days you have chosen to work out. The trouble is that the days should not follow each other. When you rest, it allows the next workout to be intense. Also, it gives the muscles time to recover and help the targeted muscles. Each day of training should target a particular set of muscles. Here is an effective three-day split
    Monday legs/Albs and chest
    Tuesday Rest
    Thursday back/albs
    Friday Rest
    Saturday Arms
    Sunday rest.

It depends on your schedule, other days are not better, you don't need to train your chest only on Monday like anyone, me for example I'm doing legs on Monday
