    Default Workout Program

    Hello,

    This is my workout program which I execute every day:

    100 Crunches

    (4 to 7 sets) * 35 (each) of 4 kg weight lifting for each hand. 2-4 hours rest between each set.

    The thing is that I am not sure weather I'm overwhelming myself.

    Can someone help me with that?
