    Default sprinting workout ideas to fat loss,

    how would i make a sprinting program with 30 yard sprints,what rest ,long or short intervals etc..like HIIT style,never did this before hoping to lose fat and increase endurance.

    Well sprints doesnt increase your endurance that much at all but it does increase your speed. 30 yardsisnt much so if you can find anywhere farther than Id reccomend that. For HIIT Id say only rest about 15-30 seconds and double that for the work period, total workout if you go hard should be about 15-30 minutes when starting. Do 30 seconds to a minute of sprints then 15 seconds to 30 secondsof rest for 15 minutes and see how that goes. Make sure you warm up and stretch beforehand first!
