    Exclamation Life after Bifemural Bypass

Hello, new around this community, hope all are having success on your plans to a better and healthier lifestyle!

This being said id like to say in advance that any opinions, any comments, any suggestions of any sort (even if it sounds silly to you),will be wanted and i will be grateful for it,Regardless if its something i want to hear or not.

At age 31 i had an Aortic Bifemoral (Aortobifemoral) Bypass i will leave a link for those that wouldn't mind looking but for all other id like to summarize and say that the cut me open from below the Belly Button and up close to my sternum.
Once they cut me open they were not gentle... my whole abdominal muscles were basically torn apart for them to get to my abdominal aorta, some organs moved as well to the side. When they were done i never felt the area "Normal" i feel everything never went back to the right place.

Can't link my surgery type because im new to the forum but quick google search will show it all

Okay so with that out of the way i been trying and failing at rebuilding any muscle from the sternum to the pelvic area, there is also a very thick layer of Fat (maybe extra skin too) this has been having a huge impact on my self estime last couple years and i have had enough...

My wife and i,i like to think we eat as good as we can afford and we try to keep our calories within 2k (For me) and 1.5k For her..adding to this i have tried Fasting and it didnt work,Tried Intermitent fasting and it didnt work,i totally stopped eating and that didnt work either.

There is no Gym around the area where we live (valley close to the Appalachian Mountains)

I want to get rid of the Extra fat,and not have such a hard time looking at the mirror,i'm not even doing this to change the way others look at me...i just want to work towards better health and Improved Self stime!

Right now exercise wise i wake up at 5 am have a cup of coffee ,and i do cardio till 6 Am take a shower and eat Breakfast.
from 8 to 10 i use weights to build more endurance & strength.

It is not working at all guys since i started adding the weight training i already jumped from 210lbs last month to 218lbs this Month.

I have no clue what i am doing wrong,or what else can i do....People say muscle weighs more than fat but my belly etc just keeps getting bigger....

    That's my story everyone.

Good Luck to all,and if you have ideas for me to try out please don't skip this Post

    Pedro

I think your under eating, and training daily. With your dietary requirements daily just to fuel your body (BMR) plus your daily energy expenditure through exercise (TDEE) you need to eat more.

In the article it states "Eat at fixed times every day and your body will get hungry at those fixed times. Example: 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm & 10pm". If you want to eat three meals per day then your meals would need to be bigger in calorie content

eating less than your bodily requirements is setting you up for failure, your body adapts to low calorie dieting and actually compensates by burning less calories, and attempts to store everything you eat rather than burning fat. Its a survival mechanism
