    Default opinion on my pics

    hello, i am training now for 5 years, weigth is 100kg (=220lb), hight is 5 11 (=180cm). was training most often 2 times per week, little volume, but high intensity (always to failure). what do you think about my development? could i have done better (natural)? my strength: 1rpm with good form, raw: squat 155kg (= 340lb), bench 145 (=320lb)kg, deadlift 170kg (375lb). and what is also very interesting for me: as i have a high body fat percentage, i still would like to know how i could look, if i would cut down most of the fat and still keeping almost all of the muscles (what is realistically i think). perhaps you can post a picture to show me how i could look like without the fat. thanks
