    Default Workout for skinny 14 year old guy?

    Im around 5'1 and 85 pounds. I'm very skinny and have very little muscle especially in my upper body. I recently joined the cross country team but I'm terrible, I want a workout that will help me get better in running and also build up upper body strength. My only equipment is a pull up bar but I cant do pull ups, what would be a good workout for me?

    If you don't plan on joining a gym and are just looking for a few workouts to do at home with just a pull up bar, then you can do pull up holds if you can't do any. Just hold your chin above the bar until you are able to build up the strength for pull ups. you can also do pushups, situps, planks, etc. I'm sure there is a thread on home workouts on this forum
