i Literally can't eat 3,000+ calories a day, if i did that'd be my whole weeks groceries, i work in Security and work a weird schedule, Friday - Sunday 3pm-11pm & Monday - Tuesday 11pm - 7am. I keep wanting to get bigger but can't eat enough calories without breaking my bank and eating all the food i buy every week, i can't sit for a whole day and eat crap either. I could honestly blame my **** poor routine as well, i use only dumbbells and only do 2 exercises: isolated dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell presses, my excuse is i'm too scared of looking weak or foolish to use the barbell etc. for example; on just the incline bench, trying to lay it flat in front of everyone, i thought the yellow knob was the thing you pull, it wouldn't budge so i twisted it instead thinking that was it and the ****in' thing came OFF! lol so i reattached it and scurried to the dumbbells (ol' tried and true) but i'm ****ing stucki need help, i want the gains but can't for the life of me figure out how to use the stuff to get there. No one is ever around to ask, the receptionist always tells me the trainers are busy etc.
