    Evening everybody,

    Could you please look at my form on deadlift please I havenít done deadlift in over a year and would like to implement it back into my routine but I want to make sure my forms good. I noticed in my own video that my upper back is slightly rounded, how would I prevent this?

    I also checked my form on B.B. squat and noticed the same problem of rounding upper back slightly how to help prevent this?
